		<description><![CDATA[Still digging out the tools I have in my &#039;toolbox&#039; and making some forward progress. Doing the Breathing meditation is the easiest. Getting some Qigong in during the very beginning of the day. To do the Yoga, I need to clear a certain space. Done some other space clearing... using small steps vs the whole room. Those I never finish. These smaller steps seem to work much better for me. I am definitely trying to keep them clear afterwards. (big problem in the past!!)]]></description>
